The hotel is located near a town Nairobi, Kenya and this is very convenient for the events. This is because visitors who are not very conversant with the town can be able to access the hotel being just in the capital city of the country. This is mostly considered to ensure that the safety of the people attending. Because if the hotel is located far from the large towns might be a challenge to access especially for the visitors or tourists.
The hotel has standard fee rates. This is favorable since the hotel has not overcharged like some facilities do. Considering the hotel is a five- star it is favorable. Considering the prices of the commodities. They are not hiked up such as the parking fee is also favorable.
Looking at the services that are available in the hotel is also encouraging. The fact that there are services that make the event to happen without having to go very far to access the services.
